Ordering Information:  Orders are filled promptly.  We have no minimum order.  Orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx unless otherwise requested.  We ship to all 50 states and internationally.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks, PayPal and Money Orders.

Location:  Our facility is located at 328 Commercial Street in Casselberry, Florida 32707, only a 25 minute drive North of Walt Disney World off Interstate 4 in Central Florida.

Prices:  Amazon Exotic Hardwoods, Inc. does its utmost to maintain prices shown in our brochure/website, however, due to fluctuating market conditions, prices may change without notice.  Typographic errors are subject to correction when ordering.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns:  Refunds are permitted for unmilled wood within 30 days of purchase.  No refunds on custom orders.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Terms & Conditions:  All prices are per board foot in the rough or per piece unless otherwise noted.  Prices are FOB Casselberry, Florida.  All merchandise must be paid for at time of purchase or shipment unless other arrangements have been made.  We do offer volume discounts.
