Amazon Exotic Hardwoods Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return it postage prepaid within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace the product, give you credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Claims must be filed within 30 calender days of order.

Amazon Exotic Hardwoods guarantee does not apply to custom cut orders or products that have been altered in such ways as: cut, surfaced or turned. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Shipping Information

Orders received are usually shipped the next business day, however unusual and custom orders may require additional time. The shipping method we use depends on quantity, dimension and location.

Small Orders

Orders of 70 Lbs. or less usually ships via UPS ground or USPS priority. Orders shipped the state of Florida ships UPS ground, which is usually a next day delivery. Orders shipped International usually ships USPS priority international. Shipping rates are available through our website.

Large Orders

Orders of 250 Lbs and over or lumber packs 100 bf. or greater, ships common carrier. Please contact us for shipping rates and transit time.
