Returns & Exchanges

• 100% refund, credit or exchange for wood in original condition within 30 days of receipt.
• No return or refund for wood that's not in original condition (i.e cut, surfaced, turned, etc.)
• No return or refund for custom cut or special orders.
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping.
• Print return form and include inside the package.

If Damaged or a Problem:

• Document the issue with photos.
• We will replace, refund, or credit the material depending what works best for you.
• We will issue return shipping label.

NOTE:
Sapwood is not considered a defect and may be found in some blanks.
Dimensional boards are cut from premium kiln dried lumber and surfaced on sides, unless otherwise noted.
Turning blanks are sold partly seasoned with no guarantee of moisture content, unless otherwise noted.
Due to the nature of wood, no two pieces are alike, and movement, shrinkage or expansion can occur.
Wood dust has been known to cause allergic reactions among wood workers, therefore sufficient ventilation, dust extraction equipment, and the use of proper respirators and eye protection is essential.
